There is a $50.00 non-refundable application fee for those 18 years and older. Additional $15.00 for married couple or roommates. - MONEY ORDER ONLY.
At the time of application we require a $100 holding deposit receivable
by money order. If the application is approved the amount is applied
to the security deposit. The $100 will
be returned to the applicant if the application is declined. There is
an additional $200.00 deposit for pets (see office for pet information)
plus an additional $25 per month rent.
